When I joined Weezly, the product was messy, no clear positioning, 1000 different features, confused community.

The positioning didn’t show how strong it actually was.

Weezly was presented mainly as an AI personalized video + scheduling tool.
But that was only a fraction of what the product could become.

So I started repositioning Weezly around a much bigger category:

Multi-channel outbound infrastructure.

Instead of talking about features, we started talking about outcomes.

Email + LinkedIn + personalized video + voice + lead scoring + creative messaging, working together as one outbound system.

Then we rebuilt the LinkedIn presence around that positioning:

→ New brand messaging
→ New founder positioning
→ Team-wide LinkedIn positioning
→ Result-driven cover photos & headlines
→ Content pillars across the entire funnel
→ Founder-led storytelling
→ Educational outbound content
→ Case studies built around real numbers
→ Webinars & community strategy
→ Creator and partnership strategy
→ Campaign concepts designed to actually stop the scroll

And most importantly:

We stopped marketing Weezly like another sales tool.

We started building a brand around a point of view:
Cold email alone isn’t the future of outbound.
Multi-channel is.

The goal was make Weezly a brand people in outbound recognize, talk about, learn from , and eventually buy from.

Product → Positioning → People → Content → Community → Pipeline.

That’s the system that now has 2000+ users,
